Privacy Film
Warranty
American Glass Laminates, Inc.
shall warranty for one (1) year the satisfactory performance of the supplied
privacy panel against electrical failure. Said warranty shall be void if
glazing contractor, electrician, etc., fails to use specified glazing
procedures, specified installation instructions for power conditioners, and all
other installation specifications. Said warranty covers failure of the panel.
Your
warranty does not cover:
Because of
the nature of the film small blems and/or pinholes may exist in finished
laminates.
- Failure
due to improper installation (see installation instructions).

Environmental conditions or use exceeding design standards.
- Damages
resulting from: vandalism, accidents, incorrect installation, inadequate
maintenance, neglect, acts of God, misuse, negligence, or abuse.

Alteration, application, or attachment of unapproved materials and/or coasting.
- Power
surges from the power company.
USE ONLY
DOWN 995 OR DOW 1199 SILICONE STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE WITH PRIVACY PANEL. USE OF
ANY OTHER SILICONE OR STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE WILL VOID ALL WARRANTIES IMMEDIATELY.
American
Glass Laminates, Inc. shall further warranty the laminated assembly for one year
against de-lamination in material or workmanship. The customer purchasing the
privacy panel may select either replacement of the panel or credit for the
invoiced price of the panel. American Glass Laminates, Inc. is not responsible
for the cost of removing the defective panels, installing the new panels, or any
freight cost involved in the replacement of panels.
